Because of this attention to detail and our exclusively small runs, all sales are final.
That said, if something happens in transit, we will make it right. See below for exceptions and policy.
Limited Stock Headwear Policy

All headwear sales are final.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you have 14 days from delivery to contact us. Please email orders@nicebrand.co with your order # and with product photos.

If approved for a refund, we’ll provide you with a return label and issue a refund once the item is successfully shipped back to us.

If approved for an exchange, we’ll provide you with a return label and issue you a new product once the exchange is processed.
The Bottom Line
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for fit, style, incorrect washing methods, water stains, regular wear and tear, or other change-of-mind reasons. This policy keeps Nice Brand products exclusive, sustainable, and true to our vision.
But if your order shows up less than Nice, we’ll fix it. Always.
