Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are in their original condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at orders@nicebrand.co or reach out to us here with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label and either:
- Replace your item, or
- Issue a full refund once the original item has been received and inspected.
Returns Not Eligible
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:
- Washed, or altered
- Have been damaged due to improper care
